By accessing, browsing, searching, registering on, or in any manner using the Website, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept the terms of this Disclaimer in full. DocZone is a free, publicly accessible online directory intended to help users locate information about doctors, medical practitioners, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare-related establishments and individuals in India ("Listings"). DocZone is not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, telemedicine service, medical practice, insurer, pharmacy, ambulance service, or emergency response service. DocZone does not practise medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or render any healthcare, para-medical, or allied service of any kind, directly or indirectly.
2. No Medical Advice
Nothing published, displayed, linked, or otherwise made available on the Website — including but not limited to Listings, articles, descriptions, ratings, reviews, specialisations, qualifications, addresses, timings, images, or any other content ("Content") — constitutes, or should be construed or relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified, registered medical practitioner. Users must independently verify all information before acting on it and must always consult a licensed doctor for any health concern, symptom, diagnosis, or treatment decision. In case of a medical emergency, Users must immediately contact the nearest hospital, emergency service, or dial the applicable national emergency helpline; Users must not rely on the Website in any emergency situation under any circumstances.

Owing to the free-of-cost nature of Listings and the sheer volume and geographic spread of entries, Varahii India does not, and cannot be expected to, physically visit, inspect, audit, background-check, or otherwise independently verify any Listing, practitioner, facility, qualification, registration, licence, accreditation, or credential displayed on the Website. All Content is sourced from information publicly available online, information voluntarily submitted by third parties (including the listed practitioners/facilities themselves or members of the public), or automated/aggregated data collection. Inclusion of any Listing on the Website does not imply verification, endorsement, certification, approval, recommendation, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation of any kind by Varahii India, nor any guarantee as to the accuracy, currency, legality, quality, safety, or competence of the listed person or establishment.
4. Accuracy, Completeness, and Currency of Information
Medical practitioners' registrations, qualifications, specialisations, addresses, contact numbers, consultation timings, fees, and facility details are subject to frequent change and may be outdated, incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or entirely inaccurate at any given time. Varahii India makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any Content for any purpose. Users rely on any Content entirely and solely at their own risk.
5. Third-Party Links and Content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, map services (including Google Maps), messaging platforms (including WhatsApp), social media pages, or other external resources for convenience only. Varahii India does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party resources, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
6. User-Generated and Third-Party Submitted Content
Where the Website permits practitioners, facilities, or members of the public to submit, claim, edit, or update a Listing, review, rating, or other content, such content reflects the views and representations of the submitting party alone and not of Varahii India. Varahii India does not pre-screen, and undertakes no obligation to review, verify, or moderate such submissions, and disclaims all liability arising from their content.
7. No Warranty
The Website and all Content are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varahii India, its founders, directors, employees, officers, agents, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of life, health, property, data, reputation, business, profit, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any reliance placed on Content; (b) any interaction, appointment, consultation, treatment, transaction, or dispute between a User and any listed practitioner or facility; (c) any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, or misrepresentation by any listed practitioner or facility; (d) unavailability, error, interruption, or discontinuation of the Website; or (e) any unauthorised access to or alteration of User data, even if Varahii India has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Varahii India's aggregate liability to any User, to the extent it cannot be excluded under law, shall in no event exceed ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only).
9. Independent Relationship of Listed Practitioners
No listed doctor, medical practitioner, clinic, hospital, or healthcare establishment is an employee, agent, representative, partner, or contractor of Varahii India. Varahii India exercises no control or supervision over such persons/entities and bears no vicarious or direct responsibility for their professional conduct, ethics, competence, or compliance with the Indian Medical Council/National Medical Commission regulations, State Medical Council rules, Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (where applicable), or any other law governing the medical profession in India.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Varahii India and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Website, your violation of this Disclaimer, or your interaction with any third party (including listed practitioners) facilitated through the Website.
11. Corrections and Takedown Requests
Any practitioner, facility, or User who believes a Listing is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorised, or requires removal may write to us at info@varahii.com with supporting details/proof. Varahii India will review such requests at its sole discretion and within a reasonable time, but makes no commitment as to the timeline or outcome of any such review.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Subject to Clause 13 (Arbitration) of the Terms of Use where applicable, the courts at Mira Road, Thane District, Maharashtra, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer, to the exclusion of all other courts.
13. Changes to this Disclaimer
Varahii India reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
