WhatsApp Usage Consent

This WhatsApp Usage Consent ("Consent Policy") governs any communication conducted between you and Varahii India ("we", "us", "our"), operator of Doczone.in, via the WhatsApp messaging platform ("WhatsApp"), for purposes including but not limited to Listing verification, inquiry follow-up, and claim processing. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC/Meta Platforms, Inc., and your use of WhatsApp is additionally subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy, over which Varahii India has no control.

1. Consent to Contact via WhatsApp

By voluntarily providing your WhatsApp number through any form on the Website, by initiating a WhatsApp conversation with our published business number, or by responding to a WhatsApp message sent by us, you expressly and voluntarily consent to receive communication from Varahii India over WhatsApp, including: (a) verification messages/calls to confirm a Listing claim or submission; (b) responses to inquiries you have raised; (c) service or transactional updates relating to your Listing; and (d) where separately opted in, occasional informational messages about the Website's directory service. You may withdraw this consent at any time by informing us via WhatsApp or by writing to info@varahii.com.

2. Purpose Limitation

WhatsApp communication is used solely for verification, clarification, and support purposes connected to your use of the Website. It is not, and must not be treated as, a channel for obtaining medical advice, emergency assistance, or any healthcare service from Varahii India, which does not provide any such service.

3. Data Shared Over WhatsApp

Any information you share with us over WhatsApp — including your name, number, Listing details, documents, or images — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not request sensitive information (such as OTPs, passwords, banking details, or patient health records) over WhatsApp, and you should never share such information with us or anyone purporting to represent Varahii India over WhatsApp.

4. Third-Party Platform Risk

WhatsApp is a third-party platform not owned or controlled by Varahii India. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's security practices, end-to-end encryption implementation, data retention, outages, policy changes, or any breach occurring on WhatsApp's infrastructure. Your use of WhatsApp to communicate with us is at your own risk and subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

5. Record-Keeping

We may retain records of WhatsApp conversations with you for verification, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes, for as long as reasonably necessary, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Response Time

WhatsApp support is provided on a best-effort basis. Varahii India does not guarantee any specific response time and is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery of messages over WhatsApp.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may opt out of WhatsApp communication at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing info@varahii.com. Opting out may result in delay or inability to process a pending Listing claim or inquiry that depends on WhatsApp verification.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Consent Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mira Road, Thane District, Maharashtra, India.
